But added to that, newly revised labor market data show downward revisions for most monthly CCI values for last year, said 溏心vlog免费B站 economist Leonard Lardaro, creator of the CCI. Among the revisions, Employment Service Jobs, a leading labor market indicator, was slashed and registered declining annual changes for every month of 2024. With the revisions, CCI values for 2024 peaked in June at 75, plateaued in September at 67, and declined the rest of the year, hitting 50 in December. \u201cWe may well be observing our \u2018usual\u2019 FI (First In) as national weakness occurs. It\u2019s still too soon to make this definitive conclusion,\u201d said Lardaro. \u201cBut things don\u2019t look too promising right now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For January 2025, six the of the 12 CCI indicators improved over last year, including only one of its five leading indicators. Labor Force continued to sustain a yearly uptrend, although it has stagnated on a monthly basis. The state\u2019s manufacturing sector has weakened with Total Manufacturing Hours declining on a yearly basis (down 0.7%) for the second straight month, and Manufacturing Wage falling for the fourth straight month.
