The University has revised the Policy on Hazing (01.112.2) and approved a new Policy on HIPAA Privacy and Security (01.114.1), both with an effective date of June 26.
Policy on Hazing
This revised policy is designed to promote safety, encourage accountability, and comply with federal and state laws. Hazing is strictly prohibited as it endangers the physical and mental well-being of individuals and disrupts the integrity of the campus community.
Policy on HIPAA Privacy and Security
This new policy is intended to provide Workforce Members clear expectations for compliance with health information privacy and security requirements.
