KINGSTON, R.I.鈥擣eb. 8, 2017 鈥揟he 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 annual Landscape Architecture Lecture Series will continue this month with a talk by a nationally recognized Florida landscape architect.
Kona A. Gray, principal of EDSA of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will talk about 鈥淕lobal Design: The Future of Landscape Architecture.鈥欌�� His talk will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 16 in the Richard E. Beaupre Center for Chemical and Forensic Sciences, Room 105A, 140 Flagg Road, on 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 Kingston campus.
That talk鈥攁s well as the others鈥攁re free and open to the public. All talks are on Thursdays and start at 7 p.m.
鈥淲e are very fortunate to have a landscape architect of Kona鈥檚 stature visit 溏心vlog免费B站,鈥欌�� says William A. Green, a professor in 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 Department of Landscape Architecture. 鈥淗e was a critical planner and participant in the Landscape Summit, a 50-year anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Concern that was held in Philadelphia in June and sought to redefine the profession and its key issues for the 21st 肠别苍迟耻谤测.鈥�
Gray has experience in many areas of planning and landscape architecture, ranging from large-scale planning to detailed site design with an emphasis on hospitality and campus-related projects.
He has a bachelor degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia and has won numerous landscape architecture awards, mostly for his work in Florida.

* April 20, Charles Birnbaum, president of The Cultural Landscape Foundation, Washington, D.C.Title: 鈥淲hy Not Cultural Systems.鈥�
