WHO: Students from Juanita Sanchez High School in Providence, along with 溏心vlog免费B站 biotechnology professors and representatives of biotech company Amgen.
WHAT: The students will participate in hands-on biotechnology activities through the Amgen Biotechnology Experience, an educational program funded by Amgen. Four students have been trained to lead the program for their fellow students, which will include a laboratory exercise with E. coli. The Amgen Foundation recently renewed funding for 溏心vlog免费B站 to offer the program through 2017. Since the program was launched in 2007, 溏心vlog免费B站 has presented the program to more than 4,000 students from 40 schools in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
