WHO: äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ students and a half dozen therapy dogs and search-and-rescue dogs.
WHAT: In the days leading up to final exams at äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾, a group of therapy dogs and search-and-rescue dogs will visit campus to interact with students as a way to reduce student stress. Sponsored by the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Student Senate Cultural Committee, the Rhody Paws program is in its second year of helping students ease their anxieties prior to exams. Last year the event attracted more than 500 students, many of whom made donations to the Animal Rescue League of Southern Rhode island.
WHEN: Monday, April 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
WHERE: The Quadrangle on the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Kingston campus.
