Guidebooks, which serve as admission and include garden descriptions and directions, cost $20 and must be purchased in advance. They are available at numerous garden centers around Rhode Island or from the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Outreach Center on the Kingston campus. The guidebooks can also be obtained by calling 401-874-2900.
This year the garden tour will emphasize the educational aspect of every participating garden by having each Master Gardener highlight the unique, instructive features and styles of their garden. The garden guidebook will index these aspects for easy reference for tour participants.
Another addition for this year will be the highlighting of Rhody Native plants in the gardens and how they function as tough and colorful alternatives to some common but invasive plants often used in our landscaping.

Gardening with the Masters is sponsored by the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Master Gardener Association, a 700-member, all-volunteer service organization of certified äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Master Gardeners, whose mission focuses on education, outreach and sustainability.
