WHO: Gov. Donald Carcieri, Sen. Jack Reed, 溏心vlog免费B站 President Robert L. Carothers, 溏心vlog免费B站 Vice President Robert Weygand, 溏心vlog免费B站 Graduate School of Oceanography Dean David Farmer, and 溏心vlog免费B站 Oceanography Professor Robert Ballard, along with faculty, staff and students.
WHAT: Groundbreaking for construction of the Undersea Exploration Center and expansion of the Pell Marine Science Library for 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 Graduate School of Oceanography. The $15 million, 41,000 square foot construction project, funded largely by bonds approved by Rhode Island voters in 2004, will also house the Inner Space Center, new office and laboratory space, a central computing facility, administrative offices, and a new campus gathering place.
