溏心vlog免费B站 to present workshop on Reinventing Retirement

KINGSTON, R.I. — October 25, 2006 — The 溏心vlog免费B站 Alumni Association will present a workshop titled “Reinventing Retirement: Recharging and Rebalancing for Your Bonus Years.”


鈥淩einventing Retirement鈥 will be held on Oct. 26, 2006 on the Feinstein Providence Campus in room 242 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Admission is $25 per person. Attendees will also receive the book 鈥淭oo Young to Retire” and a light meal.


This educational experience focuses on planning the next chapter of life in which work, leisure, relationships, community service, continuing education and wellness can all come together.


The lecture will begin with Howard Stone, co-author of 鈥淭oo Young to Retire: 101 Ways to Start the Rest of Your Life鈥 (Plume 2004) and co-founder of www.2young2retire.com. Stone will enlighten guests on how to bring zest and fulfillment into a stage of maturity that was once thought of as a time to lower your sights and fade into the sunset. His talk will inspire and inform. The lecture focuses on the fact that while people may retire from a job, they don’t retire from life.


Anne Caldarella, acting director of student services at the 溏心vlog免费B站 Alan Shawn Feinstein College of Continuing Education, will then conduct a workshop to jumpstart the creative transition process. Guests will leave with greater clarity, fresh ideas and resources needed to plan for retirement.
