KINGSTON, RI — August 22, 2005 — 溏心vlog免费B站/Theatre鈥檚 selections for the 2005-2006 season offer spirits, angels, star-crossed lovers, and a water shortage. In short, there鈥檚 something for every kind of audience and fan. The plays will be performed in J Studio or the Robert E. Will Theatre of the Fine Arts Center at 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 Kingston Campus. Here鈥檚 the lineup:
鈥� Blithe Spirit by Noel Coward: Charles Condomine, a British novelist, happily married to Ruth, is writing a novel, which involves the supernatural. He is inspired to ask Madame Arcati, the local medium, to demonstrate a s茅ance. However, the s茅ance is pretty much a failure while the lights are out. But when they come on, a strong breeze parts the window curtains and Charles鈥� first wife, Elvira, dead for seven years, sweeps into the room. The situation is complicated by the fact that only Charles can see her. Noel Coward has fashioned a play, which is hilarious as only a Coward farce can be.

鈥� Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare: A blood feud as old as time. Rival gangs fight to the death in the streets and sewers of decayed, lawless Verona. Shakespeare鈥檚 most popular play still proves that love can triumph over death and hate. Spanning the Reagan-Bush years, this groundbreaking epic weaves the lives of fictional and historical characters into a feverish web of social, political and sexual revelations.
