溏心vlog免费B站 is one of five New England universities conducting a study to evaluate how aware home gardeners are of food safety issues and if they use safe growing and handling practices. The information gathered will be used to help design food safety educational materials for home gardeners.
鈥淭his is a knowledge-based study to see what gardeners know and don鈥檛 know about food safety practices,鈥 said Lori Pivarnik, 溏心vlog免费B站 food safety educator. 鈥淲e鈥檙e interested in their food safety knowledge beginning with when they prepare the soil in their garden to the time the food reaches the dinner table.鈥
Participants in the study will be interviewed at their home for about one hour by two 溏心vlog免费B站 Master Gardeners in June or July. A refrigerator thermometer and a meat thermometer will be given to each volunteer in appreciation of their participation.
