Narragansett, R.I. — April 27, 2005 — Whether you’re a novice or experienced bird watcher, you won’t want to miss out on this series of early morning walks at äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBվ’s Narragansett Bay Campus.
Led by Dr. Robert Kenney, a äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Graduate School of Oceanography marine scientist and expert birder, the walks will be held on four Wednesdays next month on May 4, 11, 18, and 25, at 7 a.m.
Participants will meet at the Coastal Institute Building on the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Bay Campus in Narragansett and enjoy scoping the abundance of songbirds that arrive with the advent of spring, including warblers, catbirds, and orioles. The fee for each walk is $2 for Friends of Oceanography members and $5 for non-members. Preregistration is NOT required.
