äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ promotes East Greenwich woman to assistant vice president

KINGSTON, R.I. — April 30, 2003 — Anne Marie Coleman of East Greenwich has been promoted to assistant vice president for Human Resources at the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾. Coleman has worked in äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBվ’s Office of Human Resources Administration for 20 years, most recently as director of labor relations for the past 13 years.

In her new position, Coleman will be responsible for the development and improvement of employment at the University and will direct change in the maintenance of employee records, reporting systems, and employee files, in addition to her labor relations responsibilities.

Coleman will advise äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBվ’s president, vice presidents, and other University officials on human resource issues. She will also serve as the primary University representative with the Board of Governors and other state officials on human resource matters for the higher education system.
