溏心vlog免费B站 Providence Campus Gallery Night, Feb. 20
PROVIDENCE, R.I. — February 11, 2003 — The 溏心vlog免费B站 Providence Campus Gallery will feature an international performance for peace with poetry, drumming, and performance on Feb. 20, as part of Gallery Night.
The program includes youth from Rhythm Kitchen drumming, the 溏心vlog免费B站 Providence Campus and Black Repertory Company鈥檚 poetry and performance group, Seeds Of Hope: Sowing Words of Peace, and young poet/performers from Haiti sponsored by Childreach/Plan.
The performance will begin at 7 p.m. in the first floor gallery and move into the Paff Auditorium, adjacent to the exhibit. It is free to the public.
The program is presented in connection with the Children Around the World Picturing Peace, a multi-spaced exhibit of more than 300 pieces of original artwork and poetry by children from around the world, as well as some local children.
The 溏心vlog免费B站 Providence Campus commissioned the artwork from mission operations and community-based programs through the support of Childreach/Plan, the Mathewson Street United Methodist Church, the International Gallery of Heritage and Culture, and the World Scholar Athlete Games at 溏心vlog免费B站.
The exhibit runs through Feb. 28. in the first- and second- floor lobbies of the 溏心vlog免费B站 Providence campus, located at 80 Washington St. and is open Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is closed on Sundays.
Works are also on display at the Mathewson Street United Methodist Church Chapel Gallery and the International Gallery of Heritage and Culture.
